Then, you will:

(3) Share with the community! Set your daily intention and gratitude within the Fresh “Tri(be)” feed.
Why: Intentions encourage self-honesty and accountability, while gratitude has been scientifically proven to improve emotional and physical health. By sharing with others (anonymously, if you wish), you can inspire — and be inspired by — others in the community.

(4) Train your mindset. Visit the Train section to build your new and more powerful Iterative Mindset!

Tri’d and loved

Obsessed with the updates to this app! The live sessions with coaches really speak to me and help me feel like I’m not alone. I’m learning a lot about different ways to stay on track with my goals and how to forgive myself if I don’t. One of my goals has been trying to cut carbs and after checking in on the app over and over I finally notice that I’m choosing lower carb options without even thinking about it! The tips and habit hacks have been super helpful. I’m even excited to try my next habit. + the gratitude and intention prompts have been really great for my mental health as I remember what I’m grateful for each day instead of focusing on the bad like I tend to do 🤍

Surprised!!

I have needed to increase my water intake, to improve my health, for a while now. I get caught up doing things or get too busy and end up sticking with the usual. I happened on to this app and I’m finding it to be a HUGE support and exactly what I needed to increase my water. It helps to see others choosing to improve, plus the positive comments are such an AWESOME part of this whole process. Kind comments in our world today is BIG in my book. There are also insightful videos that I’m learning from and enjoying. I will say I’m surprised that I am responding in so many positive ways to the format and execution of this app. But I am!! It’s EXACTLY what I needed!!!

My motivation !

I am currently 8 months pregnant and could not feel healthier than I do now ! This application has been incredibly helpful in modifying my behavior and diet. I am now able to cut carbohydrate intake and continue to exercise 4-5 times per week at a modified pace considering my pregnancy. Before I began using this application my main weakness was the the inability to refuse the pastries and carb-filled lunches our patients and pharmaceutical reps would bring into our office . I am now able to take a step back and remind myself of my set motivation and goals. I highly recommend this application and continue to recommend it to all of my patients in my current practice .
